After my workshops I did some experimentation to get some of my thoughts out onto paper. Firstly I came to a conclusion on a colour scheme. I like to live my life in black and white, my clothes and home are completely absent of colour. It may sound boring to others but the dark colours are where I feel most at home. Its beautiful and engulfing like the night sky. Although from that the audience might not be able to get a sense of how I feel about my home, as I know i’m part of the minority who indulges in black. So to incorporate some emotion into my outcome I decided to work in purples as it can stand for mystery, independence, creativity and peace. All things I would associate with my home, the mystery especially appealed to me as I rarely leave my room so to others my life is a mystery.
